Dear Community Members
District 128’s Community Education Program has been providing lifelong learning opportunities to our residents and our surrounding communities for over 55 years, and we are excited to share our newest catalog with you. You will find a wide variety of classes for adults and youth that are offered in-house or online.
This catalog contains course information for our Winter/Spring semester (January through May), and our summer semester (June and July). Many new courses are being offered. We have included many summer youth class offerings. Be sure to check our summer section for some great classes.
The partnerships we have developed continue to add to the variety and number of classes that we are able to offer. Cook Memorial Library District serves up local celebrity chefs for gourmet cooking classes, and District 214’s Community Education Travel Program offers travel opportunities - both one-day adventures and extended travel. We continue sharing classes with the Stevenson High School’s Patriot Education Program.
As always, your input is welcome so that the D128 Community Education Program will continue to meet the needs of our community. Take a minute to check out our catalog or visit www.ComEd128.org. Try a class, and let us know what you think.
