The End!
Hey All,
We are wrapping it up in Paris. Today was Versille in the morning, some free time in the afternoon, the Tour Eiffel, dinner, and some last minute souviers, and one last metro ride back to the hotel to pack. We are tired but happy. There has been singing and joviality all around and I am sure there will be many great stories and experiences to share tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, I will see you all at the airport to pick up your child after we clear customs! Please shake my hand before you are off so I can account for everyone getting home. See you tomorrow…

Famous People
Hey All,
The theme of the last 2 days has been seeing where famous people lived, worked, and are buried. Friday morning we were off to Montmartre, a quiet part of the city where many artists lived and worked. We saw the homes of van Gogh, Toulouse-Lutrec, and Picasso. We hearn the story of the Moulin de la Gallette, and of course we visited the famed church on the top of the hill, the Sacre Coeur. In the afternoon we saw Napolean’s tomb and Rodin’s garden. Then dinner at a pizzaria with awesome desserts!
Today we left early in the morning for Monet’s home and gardens at Giverny. They were beautiful and if the tourists were gone you could feel the aire of inspiration! In the afternoon we went to the opera and then out for some shopping at the Galeries Lafayette because it is sale time!! Dinner at a sidewalk bistro and a warm Paris night has finished our day. Time left is short and we are tired but it has been GOOD!
